NSG ‘Here Comes Fat Boy’

Hampir dua tahun berlalu sejak merilis lagu Hotman Paris, Nutyas Surya Gumilang (NSG) kini kembali mengisi belantika musik dengan sebuah Single Solo terbaru yang diberi judul Here Comes Fat Boy. Lagu ini menjadi sebuah pembuka dari serangkaian lagu yang ada di dalam proyek Solo NSG di tahun 2020. Dalam Here Comes Fat Boy, NSG membaurkan musik Hip-hop dengan arsiran Trap masa kini dengan nuansa musik elektronik Rave dari era 90-an yang merupakan musik kegemaran NSG sejak tumbuh besar di Inggris. Mengangkat tema kepercayaan diri, Here Comes Fat Boy turut mendukung gerakan Body Positivity yang semakin ramai digaungkan dengan kesuksesan Lizzo di kancah musik dunia. Here Comes Fat Boy hadir di toko musik digital mulai 31 Januari 2020.

Lagu Here Comes Fat Boy menjadi penanda kembalinya NSG sebagai solis setelah sekian lama lebih fokus di belakang layar sebagai produser musik, berkolaborasi dengan musisi-musisi lain serta tampil sebagai DJ. Lagu yang diciptakan sendiri oleh NSG ini mengangkat tema kepercayaan diri dan Body  Positivity alias mencintai bentuk dan ukuran tubuh sendiri tanpa mengindahkan komentar orang dan standar yang diciptakan oleh masyarakat. Dalam Here Comes Fat Boy, NSG membaurkan musik Hip-hop, Trap dan Rave yang membuat lagu ini menjadi layaknya Anthem yang penuh energi dan semangat. Here Comes Fat Boy terinpirasi dari karya-karya NSG di awal kariernya di London, The Prodigy, Travis Scott serta Lizzo yang membuat lagu ini menjadi sebuah campuran unik antara musik elektronik UK di era 90-an dengan musik Hip-hop/Trap masa kini.

Dengan dirilisnya Here Comes Fat Boy, tentu saja NSG ingin memberikan inspirasi dan dukungan kepada orang-orang yang merasa tidak percaya diri, dikucilkan dan sering mengalami perundungan karena ukuran tubuh yang besar. NSG ingin menggugah rasa percaya diri orang-orang bertubuh besar untuk mengabaikan komentar-komentar orang sehingga bisa terus fokus dan berani berkarya dan berprestasi. Selain itu semua tentunya Here Comes Fat Boy hadir untuk memberikan hiburan dengan musiknya yang penuh energi dan semangat.
