Setelah sukses merilis singel perdananya yang berjudul Vibe With U, Jacqueline Caroline hadir dengan lagu andalan keduanya yang diberi judul Catching Feelings. Lagu ini diciptakan oleh NSG, Jonah Sithole dan Jacqueline Caroline. Catching Feelings dibalut dalam nuansa musik R&B yang seksi dan bertempo sedang. Lagunya menceritakan tentang fase setelah putus cinta di mana masih ada perasaan ingin memiliki. Lewat lagu ini Jacqueline Caroline ingin menyampaikan pesan bahwa kita tetap bisa menikmati suasana meskipun hati bersedih. Catching Feelings tersedia  mulai 11 Juni 2021 di penyedia musik digital terkemuka. 

Awalnya dara berdarah Papua dan Jawa ini mengaku kesulitan untuk menjahit lirik dan melodi pada aransemen musik Catching Feelings yang diciptakan oleh NSG, “waktu denger demonya gak percaya diri karena cukup sulit untuk bikin lirik dan melodi nya tapi setelah denger hasilnya aku malah jatuh cinta sama lagunya.”. Catching Feelings masih diwarnai corak musik R&B dan kali ini Jacqueline Caroline bercerita tentang fase putus cinta yang diwarnai rasa penolakan, obsesi dan kesedihan. Uniknya aransemen musik Catching Feelings dibuat dalam tempo sedang dengan nuansa yang seksi dan memikat sehingga menjadikan Catching Feelings sebuah lagu patah hati yang berbeda, “It’s not your typical song about heartbreak. It has that catchy beats to vibes to. So people can basically be in pain and yet still vibing.”, papar Jacqueline Caroline.

Putus cinta dan segala rasa yang menyertainya memang bukan hal yang menyenangkan tetapi Catching Feelings lewat musiknya memberikan dorongan energi yang positif untuk tidak berlarut dalam kesedihan.
